4+ Admissions Process Timeline
Offer Process
From the beginning of December 2025, places for Reception 2027 will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis. Therefore, provided a place is available and you have registered your son with Rokeby, you will receive an offer letter once the process begins.
Once all places are filled, a waiting list will be created.
Next Steps
Once an offer is made, families will have six weeks to accept and pay a non-refundable deposit of £2,500 to secure your son’s place. The deposit is retained until the end of Year 8 or the end of the pupil’s final term at Rokeby School, providing a term’s notice is given.
Reception Admissions & Timeline
We recognise this is an important stage for boys and their families ahead of joining Rokeby. To support you through this journey, we have outlined a clear admissions timeline along with the key transition events designed to ensure a smooth and happy start to life at Rokeby.
